Michael Wohl contributes the benefit of his extensive and successful experience as a second-generation real estate developer augmented by his legal expertise. Originally from New York, Mr. Wohl relocated to South Florida in 1975 where he developed and managed real estate and maintained a thriving law practice. In 1990, he formed his own full-service real estate firm which owned and managed over one million square feet of commercial property and more than 700 apartment units in Florida. In 1997, he co-founded Pinnacle Housing, recognized as the leading producer of affordable housing in the southeastern United States. Under Mr. Wohl’s direction, Pinnacle delivered over 6,000 units in over 40 complexes, all of which is still owned by the firm. Mr. Wohl brings his expertise in negotiating and closing acquisitions, project financing and leasing, and sales of residential, industrial and commercial office space to CRDG. Mr. Wohl is chairman of the distinguished Urban Land Institute's Center for Workforce Housing. He earned both his B.A. and J.D. degrees at Syracuse University where he serves the institution as a Trustee. He is also a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker.
