Miami-based Coral Rock Development Group and Arena Capital Holdings have broken ground for Pura Vida Hialeah, a nine-acre mixed-use project. The project will have 40,000 square feet of out parcels and three eight-story residential towers with 260 apartments and 11,000 square feet of retail. Tenants include Wawa, Taco Bell, Dollar Tree and a YouFit Health Clubs franchise.
